It seems like the first thing that most people ask about Roberts is; "where is it?" Roberts is located about 15 miles North of Idaho Falls in southeast Idaho. It lies right off of Interstate 15, with the town itself on the East side of the freeway, although a lot of people live to the West of the freeway. Roberts is not a large town. It has an official population of around 500, but that number is somewhat dependent on time of year and where you stop counting. The railroad runs along one side of town and there is a grain elevator at the tracks. Roberts has a grade school and middle school, but high school students either go to the Rigby high school a few miles east or to West Jefferson High School in Terreton, which is northwest of us. The town does have a grocery store, a gas station, a restaurant and some other small businesses. In town we have the LDS Church, a small Catholic Church and our own Roberts Community Church.
